As widely reported all over the internet, it’s snowed in the alps. It’s still early but I guess over 2500m or so it’s going to start accumulating snow now. I was thinking of going skiing but I wasn’t convinced from the chalet that the snow cover was good enough and I suspected even a bit higher it was fairly wet snow. So, snowshoes seemed the best option and I thought I’d go the whole distance and climb up to the Kuklos restaurant which is obviously closed right now.
This is the beauty of snowshoes, great in these early conditions of variable snow…
