It’s been an amazing week in the Dolomites with John and his great family. We’ve trekked from Cortina to near Bolzano staying in high mountain rifugios and village guesthouses. It’s hard to pick highlights out, all the rifugios have their own charm and each day is different but all with the Dolomites feel. We had a couple of long days and some fairly big climbs so it’s been an energetic week but there’s always great scenery to look at when you pause to take a breather!
We’re running this trip for groups this year and next, it’s ideal for family groups like this. The rifugios have family rooms available and you can enjoy the great hospitality in a more relaxed environment than some other areas.
