It’s not really winter until I’ve had the first croûte au fromage at the cabane Monts Chevreuils and today was the first weekday they opened. Add in that the sun was out and there was only one place to go.

We skinned up the south side from the military base and skied a line back down the south after lunch. The snow was slightly heavy but perfectly skiable and the cover was excellent.
