La Pare is a peak on the ridge to the south of Les Diablerets and one I’d not been up before. Having a few hours free we made the climb up from Marnex which is a tiny hamlet high on the side of the valley. From the summit, there are great views over to the Rocher du Midi that we did a few days later.
