I’ve not gone full in on winter riding and I don’t have winter tyres and/or studs. But I do have some new Maxxis Minion tyres which seem pretty good in the snow. I’ve found it’s quite challenging in snow, at times it’s like riding in mud and struggling to get traction. The difference is that it can alter quickly and you have to react which makes it quite engaging and good fun.
